First effect is a point-based landscape with scaled up primitives to appear as a voxel landscape (there is no perspective calculation, only a guess), second is an oldschool popular 8-bit effect (palette color cycling; the plane is actually generated, not just a bitmap) which was used on games such as Space Harrier and the third is a tile-based rotozoomer with animated content.
The last three effects are modern recreation of effects based on raster interrupts. (VBlank, HBlank) Rubber vectors and kefrens bar.
All of these effects can be made on 8-bit / 16-bit tiles based hardware, some of them were built on the Sega Master System.
